Coming up in Mary River Month

Mary River Month continues with a swag of activities right around the catchment as follows:

Saturday 29th October 2016 11 am to 4 pm – Waterwatch Volunteers BBQ and Mary River Trivia       

The MRCCC is hosting this event at our Resource Centre, 25 Stewart Terrace, Gympie to celebrate the dedication of our Waterwatch Volunteers throughout the Mary Catchment.  Join us for a delicious BBQ lunch featuring locally grown produce and the inaugural Mary River Trivia event where your knowledge of the Mary River Catchment can win you some great prizes!  RSVP to the MRCCC on 5482 4766 or email admin@mrccc.org.au

Spring in the Mary Photo Competition sponsored by Noosa Landcare, Destination Gympie, HQPlantations, Bos Rural, Kandanga

You have until 7th November to get your entries in to the MRCCC for the Spring in the Mary Photo Competition.  The winning entry will receive $200 from Noosa & District Landcare, the winning Junior entrant will win $100 from HQPlantations, the winner of the People’c Choice Award will win a night’s accommodation for two in a Luxury Studio at Melawondi Spring Retreat in the Mary Valley, a seasonal cheese platter and bottle of wine on arrival plus a gourmet dinner for two, courtesy of Melawondi Spring Retreat and Destination Gympie, and the winner of the Rural Category will win a $100 voucher from Bos Rural in Kandanga. Email your entry to admin@mrccc.org.au You can download a copy of the entry form here!
