MRCCC 2015 Annual Report available now
The MRCCC’s Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 20th October was attended by over 50 people travelling from as far afield as the Gold Coast and Bundaberg. MRCCC Delegates and guests heard reports from the MRCCC staff about the range of projects underway throughout the Mary River Catchment.
The meeting was also treated to a presentation from Dr Romane Cristescu and Anthony Schulz from Sunshine Coast Uni who spoke of their research into the health and distribution of koalas, using specially trained scat detection dog Maya. A demonstration showed that Maya is very good at her work, and her services are highly sought after!
